Rain boots aren’t just a fashion fad during the rainy/snowy seasons… well at least the Hunter boot isn’t. Hunter has claimed its spot as the number one rain boot.  Even though they sometimes do patterned rain boots I prefer one of the many solid colors they let you choose from and this season it’s purple for me. This eggplant purple seems to accomplish a color pop while remaining completely neutral.  So, next time you find yourself rolling up your soaked jeans are feeling the cold air rush over your damp toes (from that puddle you just stepped in) think how stylish and adorable you could have looked in a pair of Hunter boots.

I seriously have fallen in love with these rain boots. In my mind these are the cutest rain boots I have ever seen. The understated polka dots are not in your face because of the color scheme. I am really into the gray and grayish blue dots, I think this would go great with everything and definitely be a perfect addition to any wardrobe. Even the nine west logo done in a silver metal looks chic. I highly recommend this rain boot! Also don’t forget to check out the other colors and patterns.

Rainy weather got you down? Yes..me too, but don’t get me wrong it’s not the rain that I dislike it’s the fact that I can’t wear cute outfits because my shoes are not water proof. The ‘Anchors Away’ boot is adorable, going with the really popular nautical theme and safe blue color you can’t go wrong. I also love the belt detail on the side! Well lets just make today the official “Rain Boot’ day. The recent down pour and soaked hemline on my jeans have reminded me how important a good rain boot is. Like the Hunter rain boot these boots also look great with jeans or a skirt. The Sperry boot is nice because of the black and white plaid, which is so huge right now! Plus these colors will match so much, so you will most definitely get use out of them. Now this year you can puddle jump in style.

I’m a huge movie buff and since I’m in love with shoes I notice what the movie characters are wearing (a little crazy, I know). So when I see these boots I think back to the movie “The Holiday” with Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet. Kate Winslet actually sports these boots. Why? Well because they still look really cute with a skirt, however these are really functional and comfortable. They are by the makers of the original Wellington boot from the 1800′s. When you live in an area like me, you swear by these boots during the winter time! Also try them with some dark wash jeans tucked inside, not only will it keep them dry you will also look stylish.
