Steve Madden Russhh Snip Toe Pump

So after a week long of posting about sandals, sneakers, and TOMS, it is time to get back to our roots. Here is the Steve Madden Russhh Snip Toe Pump, in all it’s high-heeled height. I really like the patent leather look in this pump, and the boldness of the figure. This is a beautiful looking pump that can be worn with any of your spring skirts and dresses.

Nina Electra Platform Pump

I confess today all I can think about are weddings, and shoes of course, so to match the bride’s pumps I found a pair of perfect bridesmaid’s shoes as well. The Nina Electra Platform Pumps are pretty popular this wedding season, and I can see why they would be the perfect bridesmaid shoes. The Nina pumps come in wide variety of colors (of which the bride can wear white or ivory), so they are a natural choice for their versatility in matching with the wedding colors and bridesmaid’s dresses. They aren’t too flashy either and would look great in a wedding photos. So if you’re stuck in a rut looking for shoes for your bridesmaids, these Nina pumps might work for you.

Liz Rene Couture Cheri Slingback Pump

Flowers blooming, green grass under the feet, and Weddings. The only other season that brings on more weddings is summer, and even then I would say it’s a close race with spring. So if you happen to be that blushing bride, I really love the Liz Rene Couture Cheri Slingback Pump. It is just so elegant with the white satin and the details are perfectly understated but well done. The small rhinestones on the back strap, the beautiful bow, and they were smart to cover the back of the high heel instead of just leaving it that wood color.
Lastly the most important thing for a bride’s shoe is for it to look great, but the second most important factor is for it to be comfortable and stable over the course of a 5 hour wedding and reception. That’s where this pump shines, comfy without losing the couture.

Steve Madden ‘Ulltra’ Pump
Aside from my constant irritation with Steve Madden and his inability to name shoes with the correct spelling, I’m feeling these cute little suede pumps. Some of us don’t like kitten heels (me) and some of don’t want to spend 8 hrs in 4” platform pumps either (me). Which is why the Steve Madden ‘Ulltra’ Heel hits the mark perfectly. The slightly pointed toe is ultra (that is how it’s really spelled!) flattering, as it elongates the leg and gives your butt and calves a boost. I am especially digging the berry color, it’s not as bright as pink and not overly done like red.

Por La Victoire ‘Baylie’ Pump
I tried to hold off on the Taylor Swift fever as long as possible, but her catchy tunes got the best of me. I mean…how long could I put off listening to the radio for anyway? Blasting her overplayed hit “Love Song” on Grooveshark.com and browsing through shoes is not recommended. My taste for edgy studs or boyish silhouettes was wiped clean the moment I started to sing-a-long. All of sudden I’m drawn to floral, pink, ruffles and satin. But I must admit these shoes are stunningly charming and feminine. With the delicate ruffled back to the pointed toe and satin finish. Although I still think Taylor Swift pulled a fast one on me, I’m still 100% digging these pretty pumps.

Bridal Shoes II: Dyeables Erica Pump

The pleats and disconnected cross front of Dyeables Erica Pump are both interesting and flattering. Also, I’m liking the Erica because a) if you don’t want to actually dye these shoes, you don’t need to since they are already white and nicely finished and..b) after the wedding you can dye them to any color you’d want that will match more of your wardrobe. I actually want to get these just so I can dye them a deep orange to play up some outfits I have in my closet right now. It’s a win-win Brides, perfect shoe for your wedding..and after!

Jessica Simpson ‘Ikina’ Peep toe Pump

Every girl has to have a “Plan B”. In Jessica Simpson’s case, her Plan B worked to her advantage. I will say, I am not a huge fan of these loafer pumps, however I commend the effort and appreciate the design. The patent leather is a great way to make it modern and hidden platforms could not be more popular. With the right outfit they can look really hot, sort of hits that sexy secretary niche in a huge way. So, hey Jess, I know your country music career went sour, but there is a future for you in fashion (apparently), which means there is always a reality show on the horizon.
