Seriously, if there was any one flat you needed to get this season It would have to be this one. I love the reflective embellishments on this slightly pointed flat. The placement is perfect, not too much, not too little. What is particularly nice about this hue of pink is that it’s more of a neutral and really gives off a innocent flirty vibe. The color definitely softens the whole look. For a completely different look, check out the other colors, the black is edgy and very rock and roll.

Winter has had a second go where I live, but with my upcoming move to warmer climate it has me looking at cute open toed heeled sandals.  I love the soft leather on this shoe, it makes it a little more casual and probably a little forgiving with your feet.  The weaving in the front is a great detail, along with the black colored metal buckle. Instead of thinking which dress these may go with opt for rolled up boyfriend jeans, you will still look just as cute, but be way more comfortable.

Keeping along with our fringe trend, I present to you fringe on heels.  So, I can’t say that I am a huge fan of this look.  I will admit, however, it isn’t a total disaster.  Personally, I just don’t think fringe belongs here.  It’s one thing to put them on a pair of flat suede boots or moccasins… but it’s another to try to force them upon a pump.

Want to graduate from the thong/flip flop fashion? If so, I suggest this great Pinta Sandal by Steven.  Steven is the more mature but still stylish off-shoot brand of Steve Madden that will bring you from the club to work seamlessly.  It’s not quite a thong but not your usual gladiator sandal either.  I really like the ankle strap that allows you to run from place to place securely and looks edgy.  Plus, let’s be honest, if you are a twenty something (or 30 or 40 or etc..something) working professional in where you’ve got the “business casual with jeans” dress code thing – strolling in with flip flops just doesn’t really fly.  In the Pinta you’ll be acceptable anywhere!

Here is yet another great example of the thick strapped sandals coming out this season. Steven’s ‘Simmerr’ platform sandal will go along great with the current trend in fashion right now. A lot of celebrities are pairing long dresses with leather jackets and chunky heels, the leather jacket and shoes offset the softness of the dress making it edgy and unique. So there has been a bit of an Steven/Steve Madden overload this past couple of days..but when he keeps on coming out with great shoes..what option do I really have?
