These BC Footwear sandals have been on my list of “must have” shoes since the start of summer. Three months is a long time for me to wait on a pair of shoes, but a girl has to eat you know. What makes these sandals one of my favorites is the subtle, barely noticeable, zipper on the back. Yep, that’s right, instead of wriggling my feet into a hard to put on sandal, I just zip these little ladies up and viola, I’m on my way.

The Over-The-Knee boot is something that every girl needs in her shoe closet. These boots are statement shoes, dramatic with a “can’t be missed” appeal. That said, I love the Sam Edelman James boot, mainly because of the clean lines along the foot and the top zipper. Also, remember, when you are buying an over-the-knee boot one of the key rules is make sure that the boot isn’t cluttered, otherwise you risk looking like you are about to go horseback riding.

Autumn is one of the prettiest times of the year, but also one of the most wet. So when it is raining, a girl needs rain boots. The queen of rain boots right now are the Hunter Original Boots by, guess who, Hunter. =). I love the top-strap that keeps the top of the boots tight and form fitting, but what really makes these boots unique is how super comfortable and fitting they are. If you live in a place where there is a rainy season, these are the boots for you.

With summer around the corner you can never have too many flats. I usually try to stay away from any shoe that starts with “insert celebrity name here”, but I really like these cute Maria Sharapova flats. The inside velvet lining on the back of the flat makes them super comfy, and the bluish metallic coloring makes it easy to dress up or down.

I go weak in the knees for these satin beauties. The organic pleating along the straps and pretty bow in the back have me wanting these just because. They have a subtle zipper in the back, but they are barely noticeable because your eye is automatically drawn to the double petal bow.

Because these heels come in 8 vibrant colors, they are perfect for bridesmaid shoes! Just make sure they don’t steal the show away from the bride.

Aside from my constant irritation with Steve Madden and his inability to name shoes with the correct spelling, I’m feeling these cute little suede pumps. Some of us don’t like kitten heels (me) and some of don’t want to spend 8 hrs in 4” platform pumps either (me). Which is why the Steve Madden ‘Ulltra’ Heel hits the mark perfectly. The slightly pointed toe is ultra (that is how it’s really spelled!) flattering, as it elongates the leg and gives your butt and calves a boost. I am especially digging the berry color, it’s not as bright as pink and not overly done like red.

I must admit, I fall in and out of fads and sometimes follow the masses. Chucks and Vans being one of them. Although I feel guilty for not continuing to wear them because they have fallen from fashion, because truthfully they look cute and are super comfortable. So onward my search goes for that trendy, cooler than your average sneaker..sneaker. The Gravis ‘Slymz’ (that name is borderline a game changer) has a similar feel to Vans but puts a sleek Keds spin on it. I am especially digging the matte purp color with the neon lining along the rubber sole. This makes me beyond excited, since my lazy days consist of skinny jeans and American Apparel hoodies.
