One of my favorite shoe brands is Frye, and along with Seychelles they make some of best boots a girl could have. The Frye Melissa Button boot is super comfy on the inside with a leather lining, and has buttons on the top that make it easy to put them on. If you’ve ever owned knee length boots, then you know what I’m talking about when I say they aren’t the easiest shoes to put on. So if you’re looking for a new pair of boots for the fall that you can dress up or down then I would take a look at these Frye boots.

So, I’m giving this sandal a chance. I’m not so crazy about it in the picture, but when on I think it has a some good potential. I’m a sucker for metal studs on shoes, the more, the better. And I’m huge on versatility, which is why I think this sandal is so much more than what this picture is showing. Dress it up with a cute mini dress or down with your boyfriend jeans and a t-shirt. The shoes are practically your jewelry, but if you feel the need to add, pile on the silver bangles.

In the past I have always rejected the ‘cowgirl’ inspired boot, but slowly I am starting to see their appeal. I don’t think wearing cowboy boots are attractive, however I will go for this more rustic, vintage look. I love the distressed look of the leather, it makes them look more interesting and worn in (in a good way). Even the buckle or harness adds great detail, making this boot ideal for casual wear. I may not be able to pull this look off, but many of you out there can.

FRYE does yet another great boot. Even though they seem to stick to a certain motif, I must say ‘if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.’ The front thick strap, big buckle, and round toe are a staple in the FRYE designs and defines their boots. The mid-calf height looks great with tights and to try something a little bit different, put on a flowy mini skirt to offset the solid leather. Because of the height and color this boot will take you from this season to the next without missing a beat.
