Bring in the new year with a sexy pump like the Dolce Vita ‘Justin’ pump.  The chunky strap has been in the fashion game for quite some time and recently made its comeback in the past couple of years.  I love the thick crossing straps in the front decorated by a large brass buckle (if you have wider feet and are a bit self conscious, the wider strap will camouflage them!)  With the barely noticeable peep toe in the front and dangerously high heel in the back you will definitely want to be wearing something equally trendy and hot.

Every time I come across a great boot I have to post it.  Dolce Vita seems to be striking my fancy lately because I’m finding fantastic shoes that are modern and simple.  I’m really digging the color of this boot, it’s gray with a splash of taupe…gaupe if you will? Ok, so that word doesn’t look or sound appealing but you know what I mean (I hope).

Looking for a shoe that will never fail to make your legs look great and your style look even better?  You can search no more, with the ‘Tommy’ pump it will keep you looking trendy and chic while making your legs look a mile longer.  I’m really hoping that this pewter color starts appearing more in fashion, as it is a great fall metallic.  It still has that darker hue while still keeping its ‘umph’ factor.  Now just pair these with a great knee length coat and nothing will stand it your way… especially not a fashion faux pas.

I am on an endless search for a great pair of causal heeled boots.  When looking at the ‘Wendy’ boots I have a feeling that my search is over.  Although I’m a gray and black girl, there is something about the aged brown leather that has caught my interest.  I love the thick leather, rounded pointed toe, and wide heel… definitely the boot for fall.  Time to get out your knee high socks and cold weather stockings ladies, the cold weather is here and you will want to look your best (and with these boots it should be only too easy).

I’m not going to lie, I’m not 100% sure about how I feel about these boots.  They are super cool and chic and kinda..”off” at the same time.  I like the supple soft gray suede (gray is in for the season if you didn’t know) and I like that there is a nice skinny heel. It’s part one of what makes this boot stand out among the slouchy flat boots out there. It’s the part two that makes this boot unique that I’m not yet sure of – the cuff with the covered buttons. This is a nice feature for those of us who either have skinny legs or short legs where the top of the boot end higher than your calf muscle. The result is the large gaps between the boot and your leg that I hate.  Since the cuff closes brings the top of the boot in, you don’t have to worry about that and you can make your own fashion statement.  I still like the slouchy boot, the stick your skinny jeans in your boot look, and the regular heel or flat boot look..but as the weather gets colder, I think I might be warming to this one as well.

I’ve decided that navy blue is going to be my essential color for fall.  I’m not quite sure if other fashion labels are on board with my stylish plans, but frankly I don’t care.  I’m stepping out of my comfort zone of black and gray and replacing it with the many wonderful shades of blue. OK, so I’m not making a giant step but hey, a step nonetheless.  Navy blue looks good on everyone, so no one has to worry about not being able to pull it off.  While I don’t think you need a blue pump and flat, I think the flat is absolutely necessary.  And whoever said navy blue and black doesn’t work, needs to rethink that plan because they do (well..most of the time).

This shoe is for those days you want to keep it sexy and sleek (Which quite possibly could be everyday).  I love the platform rounded toe on this oxford!  The platform along with the high heel is going to give your legs impossible length.  Oxfords are back, so I hope that you all have begun to embrace this seasonal trend, as I have.  It’s not hard to picture yourself walking downtown with your great coat dress, scarf, and 1920’s inspired hat.
