So everyone seems to love the Onitsuka ASICS Tigers, and I’ve got a pair (or two) of the beloved line, but I don’t want to neglect the ASICS that we can actually exercise in also. After more months than I would prefer to count, I’ve been pretty slack on exercising and keeping myself healthy. But with my brother’s wedding coming up I decided it’s time get my butt in gear and tone up a bit, especially since the wonderfully fast metabolism of my youth is now close to non-existent. To get me on my exercise binge, I of course, bought a pair of running shoes – and went back to my junior high old school brand – ASICS. After jogging/elliptical-ing 3 miles and some light weight-lifting my ASICS were still feeling great. No break-in period needed people! That’s a serious plus with any shoe. Don’t let the a fast metabolism now, or the colder weather put your exercise plans into hibernation.
