Bridal Shoes II: Dyeables Erica Pump

dyeables erica

The pleats and disconnected cross front of Dyeables Erica Pump are both interesting and flattering. Also, I’m liking the Erica because a) if you don’t want to actually dye these shoes, you don’t need to since they are already white and nicely finished and..b) after the wedding you can dye them to any color you’d want that will match more of your wardrobe. I actually want to get these just so I can dye them a deep orange to play up some outfits I have in my closet right now. It’s a win-win Brides, perfect shoe for your wedding..and after!

Jessica Simpson ‘Ikina’ Peep toe Pump

Jessica Simpson 'Ikina' Pump

Every girl has to have a “Plan B”. In Jessica Simpson’s case, her Plan B worked to her advantage. I will say, I am not a huge fan of these loafer pumps, however I commend the effort and appreciate the design. The patent leather is a great way to make it modern and hidden platforms could not be more popular. With the right outfit they can look really hot, sort of hits that sexy secretary niche in a huge way. So, hey Jess, I know your country music career went sour, but there is a future for you in fashion (apparently), which means there is always a reality show on the horizon.

Indigo by Clarks ‘Brulee’ Sandal

Indigo Clarks 'Brulee' Sandal

Does this mean Clarks is suddenly hip and cool? Probably not, but going under the label “Indigo” will certainly help. Aside from Brulee being the perfect way to top off a meal (in my personal opinion) this could quite possibly the perfect way to top off your summer outfits. Not only is Clarks known for excellent quality but for comfort as well. While fashion is sometimes about sacrificing comfort for style, in this case you can have your cake and eat it too. I say, unbutton that top button on your jeans and eat all you want.

I will be posting random posts, while my guest writer will be doing the our wonderful wedding shoes! We all need a little bit of variation. Enjoy, fellow shoe lovers!

Bridal Shoes I: Stuart Weitzman Women’s Marimbow Peep Toe Pump

stewart

These are ridiculously cute. As soon as I laid eyes on Stuart Weitzman’s Marimbow Peep Toe Pump, I immediately knew it had to be my first bridal shoe post. It’d be impossible for you, the Bride, not to feel wonderfully completed from head to toe (or rather, heel) in this elegant, yet playful pump. The gathered poof just before the peep-toe is a perfectly proportioned embellishment to this satiny heel. Envision the Marimbow with a simply constructed long gown or more playful gown with a full skirt. And after the wedding, the Marimbow can still be matched with a bold colored and patterned dress.

Havaianas Women’s Fit Thong

havaianas-womens-fit-thong

Now you can get Havaianas well-known comfort and style in the Havaianas Fit Thong. Nope, this is not just another rubber flip-flop that people tend to over use and think goes with any summer outfit. With the fitted ankle strap, an otherwise not worth mentioning flip-flop turns into something very different and super cute. I love it in this gold tone and can visualize it perfectly complimenting a bright printed or solid maxi dress with some oversized accessories.
