Calvin Klein ‘Sarika’ Pump

I’m a softie when it comes to a hot black pump.  Enough said.

Calvin Klein is stepping up their shoe game this season with lots of new and hot styles, like the ‘Dail’ sandal.  I love the woven straps and thick heel… and not to mention the zipper in the back.  It is a great mid season warmup shoe.  It has a bit of the sandal detail but still covers most of the foot, making it ideal for your cold to warm weather transition.

Linea Paolo ‘Angelique’ Sandal

Warm weather is just around the corner (or all year around for some of you) and it’s time we look into the bright and sunny future. This Lineq Paolo pump will spice up your wardrobe with it’s platform front and tall heel.  The overlapping straps add interest to the front, while the strap connecting to the heel will elongate your legs.

Juicy Couture ‘Samantha’ Pump

When taking a classic shoe style what better way to make it new by splashing it with a fun, bright, color and making it patent leather.  The cross between an electric and royal blue makes this pump ideal for going out, whether it’s shopping or a late night drink with the girls.  To make the blue hue stand out even more pair it with a light gray dress or a pale yellow dress.

Charles by Charles David ‘Pompadour’ Pump

We are almost done with January and heading into February, which will eventually turn into March.  Spring is just around the corner.  Right now resort wear is hitting its stride, but resort colors is a sneak peak into what we should expect for spring.  I love these textured soft pink pumps.  The wooden heel makes this pump an easy choice for a pretty casual dress.

RSVP ‘Janis’ Pump

OK.. let’s be honest, ‘Janis’ does not seem like a suitable name for this pump.  It could be that the face/personality I conjure up upon hearing that name is a very memorable character from the show “Friends.”  Names aside, this is a very familiar style for pumps, but it doesn’t make it any less fashionable.  Instead of black and brown go for this burgundy color.  This brown-red hue will give your outfit a subtle difference, and trust me it’s the little things that count.

Designer Spotlight:Alexis Bittar

His jewelry is my current obsession.  There is something that is wonderfully organic about his pieces.  He has an eccentric side, pairing semi precious stones with lucite.  Now before you say “Isn’t lucite just a fancy word for plastic?”  To answer your question, yes.  But when you see the jewelry Alexis Bittar creates using lucite you will instantly fall in love with his original style.

Pearls aren’t just for your grandmother.  Nor should they be saved for special occasions.  With the various sizes in pearls and lucite accents this necklace would look effortlessly chic paired with your favorite boyfriend jeans and a fitted T.

These bangles add a great vibrancy to any outfit, whether it be casual or dressy.  They come in different colors (not all shown) and sizes making it fun to mix and match.

This cuff is my absolute favorite.  Embracing the current trend of gold, Alexis uses turquoise to liven up this grecian cuff.

Bold, structured and definitely the focus of anyone asking about your outfit.  With a low cut (square or round) neckline and a structured silhouette you will definitely be ahead of the curve.
