Adidas ‘Honey Pinstripe’ Sneaker
OK, so honesty how many of us can say that we own a really cool pair of sneakers (chucks do not apply). Everyone needs at least one pair of show stopping sneakers. Adidas is famous for their fusion of hip hop and sports. The ‘Honey Pinstripe’ totally gives off that rich, cool, and confident style while holding on to the casualness of a sneaker. I love the bold gold tongue that continues all the way to the toe, it’s just enough to have that pop of metallic but not too much where it begins to look tacky (for lack of a better word). Pair these with some skinny jeans and a loose fitting V-neck and you will be effortlessly cool.

MICHAEL by Michael Kors ‘Annabel’ Pump
Somehow in the sea of black patent leather pumps this MICHAEL by Michael Kors pump stood out to me. However, I will be honest in saying that I wasn’t sure how I felt about it… until I tried them on. I love the hidden platform and the small pointed toe! This shoe embodies the idea of having sex appeal but remaining classy. It was refreshing to see a thick heel among the many stilettos in its surroundings. I’ve seen this worn with skinny jeans, skirts, dresses, and slightly cropped work pants, and let me be the first to tell you… it all works! They are different, beautiful and heading in the right direction for fashion.

Chinese Laundry ‘Turbo’ Boot
The weather is telling us to cover up those legs…and what better way to do that then with a great boot. Chinese Laundry has made some really wearable over the knee boots, like the ‘Turbo’. When it comes to over the knee boots I’m more for the suede than the leather. Suede is more forgiving and can look less cheap when being worn. These would look fabulous with a short flowy dress and a cute leather jacket.

Nine West ‘Tuffy’ Wedge
Its seasons like this that usually need a great splash of color. I am guilty of wearing mostly black and gray but I love to mix it up by adding bright colored accessories or shoe into my outfit. The Nine West ‘Tuffy’ wedge is a perfect way to incoperate color into your warobe. Because of its sleek and tailored design it is ideal for work, but also when you’re just getting a drink with friends. I love how they decided to have the buckle going vertical instead of horizontal, it defintely makes the shoe a little bit different.

Sperry Top-Sider ‘Wool Pelican’ Rain Boot
Plaid and Flannel is again on the rise and this time it isn’t Seattle based or a grunge rock band. Celebrities and hipster kids have pretty much claimed flannel shirts but shoes are still free game. Snow and rainy season are upon us, which means it is time to update our shoe wardrobe. I am really digging this wool pelican boot, the colors make it fun and different while remaining stylish. These boots are so cute that you will be hoping for rain.

BC Footwear ‘Mixmaster’ Boot
I’ve come to realize that I hardly show any love to boots that are not of the knee length variety. But the truth is I love all boots, from ankle to over the knee and my latest obsession is boots that hit mid calf or right below. I’m really digging the knot in the back along with the pleating. I think short boots can get away with a lot more detailing than tall boots and this is the perfect example. Slip on these boots with either skinny or straight leg jeans and you have an effortless outfit.
